Mr. Daniel Zeng graduated from Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand), majored in Bachelor of Business Economics, and Master of Business Administration.

With more than 8 years working experience in the banking and financial industries, Mr. Daniel Zeng has a multi-disciplinary perspective coupled with knowledge and skills in the fields of accounting, business economics, finance, human resources management, information technology, law, marketing, operations management and strategy.

He also has functional management knowledge and the skills needed to lead and manage organisation in a global business environment, and the skills to analyse, formulate and evaluate strategies in an environment that requires focused and considered responses to business problems.

With more than 5 years professional practice, Ms. Luo used to work as financial manager in software enterprises, communicating and large scaled high-tech enterprises.

Ms. Luo has rich experience and practice in financing, taxation and inner management for high & high-tech industries enterprises.

Ms. Luo participated in computerizing internal control system and implementing ERP system for large scaled enterprises.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Wuhan University of Science & Technology with more than 8 years working experience.

With the rich experience in auditing that nongovernmental enterprises purchased listed companies, Mr. Zhang specializes in reform scheme designation/auditing for village-and-town enterprises.

Mr. Zhang also is an expert on handling finance & taxation management and auditing for nongovernmental enterprises.

With more than 20 years experience, Ms. He is quite familiar with the financial accounting development of large-scaled and mediums-sized state-owned enterprises, and also she has professional insight and extensive experience on the structural reform and internal management of state-owned enterprises.

Ms. He has been practicing auditing for many years.

Ms. He also has the experience on participating and presiding auditing, evaluation and consultation services for many listed companies.

Ms. Yao graduated from Shenzhen University, majored in Accounting, and started her career in 1989.

As a member of the first batch of Chinese Certified Public Accountants in China, she has more than 15 years practicing experience.

Ms. Yao have a deep understanding in accounting and audit theories, and rich working experience on enterprises taxation consultation, customs issues, etc., with the a lot of experience to provide consultation services like integrated taxation planning and customs affairs planning for many companies.

Mr. Ma started professional career of Chinese CPA from 1989, and was assigned to Hong Kong Guan Huang Chen Fang Certified Public Accountants (Later merged as Deloitte & Guan Huang Chen Fang Certified Public Accountants) for training by Shenzhen government, and received systematic training on auditing theories & practice of western Certified Public Accountants.

In 1993, Mr. Ma passed the CPA examination, and got “Registration for Practitioners Certificate” for CPA in 1995.

In 1998, Mr. Ma registered a network domain named as CIPA.ORG , and in the same year he donated it to Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Also in 1998, Mr. Ma built up WWW.CICPA.COM , which is the first professional website for audit firms.

In May of 2003, Mr. Ma was retained as independent director by a Chinese listed company, Guangdong Shengrun Group Co., Ltd; and in September, he was retained as independent director by Shenzhen Zhonghua Bicycle (Group) Co., Ltd.

In February of 2004, under the invitation of Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) Hong Kong Branch, Mr. Ma, as a seminar speaker, participated the topic forum named “How to help nongovernmental enterprises of mainland get listed in Hong Kong” held by IFA in Hong Kong; and he gave a speech under the topic of “Financing manners of nongovernmental enterprises in mainland”. After the forum, the chairman of IFA, Mr. Ian Irwin and the chairman of IFA Hong Kong branch, Mr. James Kong awarded Mr. Ma with “Thanksgiving Honor”.
